Payment
Cybear Studios requires a non-refundable downpayment of 30% of the total price before slots are reserved or any work begins.
We offer the following payment plans, determined by the parts being commissioned:
3 months for heads, mini partials, and partials.
4 months for full partials and half-suits.
6 months for fullsuits.
Shipping is a flat rate on top of the fursuit price. At the moment, we only ship within the USA. Shipping prices are as follows:
$50USD for heads, mini partials, partials, and full partials.
$100USD for fullsuits.
Shipping
We offer free repairs for any fursuit damaged by typical wear during the first 6 months of ownership. The suit’s owner must pay shipping to and from Cybear Studios. Repairs are not guaranteed to be pushed to the front of the queue.
Repairs
Should a commission be cancelled, the client may receive a refund of up to 70% of the total price, depending on how much work has been completed.
We will make your fursuit in accordance with your submitted reference. Please ensure your reference is accurate and up to date before submitting it to us. Excessive changes to the design not shown in the reference will result in additional charges.
